Hello friends,
Today's problem involves a General Electric G940H tuner. The tuner needs to be restrung, but it's not as straight forward as it would seem. We really need a string diagram or someone who has one of these that can help out. I am not having any luck even finding a picture or timeframe that this tuner is from.

Please help with any ideas or suggestions. We're about ready to cry "uncle" on this one!

Thank you for your expertise and assistance!!
Diane

Covered in Sams 1279-4. Says similar to G940G, lists both chassis as PK166.

Folder 1279 was issued latter part of 1972. Probably a late 1971 or maybe early 1972 model.

Sams Photofact Set-1279 Folder-4 published in late 1972 covered this model.

Sams Publishing (direct) appears to be the only source.
It's $22.00 and it won't be super high resolution.

Photofacts published after December 31st 1963 are still in copyright.

Greg.

Lol... hello Tom, I didn't see your reply.

I have a index from 1962 & 1980 plus some of the '60s folders. Otherwise a few bits and pieces.
