I joined today so hope I'm in the right spot. Found three old pocket transistor radios at a thrift store the other day and was wondering if they were worth bothering with.

Westinghouse H-902P6 GPA
Metuchen NJ
Japan on case
Like new and works.

RCA Victor Model 3 RH22G
4 volt battery
No battery, so I don't know if it works.

ITC Solid State 10
(Brittish Crown Colony of Hong Kong)
No model number
works, but quiet

I searched online and didn't find much. Thanks for any info!

Welcome to the board, and yes, you're posting in the correct forum.

I'm not sure what you mean by, "bothering with". I think you scored pretty well. The Westinghouse is a handsome set, and having been made in Japan gives it a bit of prestige.

The RCA is also stylish and retro looking. You can power it by using three 1.5 volt button cells, taped together, with either a spring or a screw and bolt spacer to keep them in place between the + and - battery terminals. Most likely it will need to be recapped.

The ITC would be the least valuable, but still a start for a collection. Replacing it's 4 Electrolytics should get it working up to snuff again.

Might make a good start for a collection. Condition and price are everything.
