A couple more from my along-the-way transistor collection. Both work well on both bands. The NEC is pretty heavy for a transistor.

Where are you finding these pristine radios? Not even a worn stitch in the covers. The Nec is more my style, but the Toshiba - oooh - (swoon) - IC and FET! Cutting edge 70's.

"As I've mentioned in the past, I don't collect transistor radios per se. However, over the past 30+ years of radio collecting, I've amassed 4 or 5 dozen of them. Recently, I've been going through them...most still need to be cleaned/polished.... Some work, some don't. A few have caught my attention all over again."

Keep your eyes on the ARF Radio Classified section, I will be listing most of them for sale...

Terry
