I've managed to collect 4 different models of transistor radios that were manufactured by Raytheon. The most difficult radio to find was the Raytheon T-150, which has 6 transistors, with 3 of them manufactured by RCA.

Mark,

There was a T-150 on Ebay recently which sold for $139.57 that had a bad speaker & transformer according to listing---same color as yours.

Both Bob McGarrah and another old friend of mine have one of those huge T-2500 sets. When I heard it referred to as a "car battery", had to chuckle as they really do look like one !

I have a T-150 with the Airline moniker. It's hard to see, under the volume control.

I also have an Airline 4 transistor radio, which has the same chassis as the Raytheon T-100, but uses RCA transistors. It seems that there is more demand for the T-100/T150 transistor radios as I guess collectors would rather have the smaller radios instead of the 8TP/T-2500 models. - Mark
