Well, it's a start! We have a few Russian members; maybe one of them can give some insight on that model.

Do you have them all working? Usually replacing the normally 4 Electrolytic's will do it.

The Soviet set is marked Olympic mine is dated 1988. I had an Italian friend that sent me three examples of late 80s Soviet pocket sets that he described as something akin to floor sweepings.... The worst quality possible. I have 5 Soviet tube sets from the 50s & 60s and 5 transistor sets... Some are pretty good. VEF-Spidola 1962 & Riga 104.

Fascinating in their own way.
