I recently acquired a set of four pairs of 1 1/4" plug-in coils and the labels for them. I suspect they came from either a kit radio, or were perhaps a set of coils a hobbyist purchased in order to construct a specific circuit. An upper case M is molded into the bottom of each form. I don't think this indicates Millen because the M isn't within a gear.

Perhaps from a superhet--each of the 6-pin coil forms has three windings. Each of the labels indicates that the coils were to be paired with a 140 pf tuning capacitor.

Do these look familiar to anyone? Any ideas?

(I hope this is the appropriate sub-forum.)
