I have tested 58 of the tubes. The parts list says there are 64. I haven't found the the remaining 6 tubes.

As for the blister. I discovered there is a connector on the cable that goes from the upper chassis to the blister panel. It is located on the bottom of the second deck on the upper chassis.

After removing the connector and taking the upper chassis out of the cabinet I was able to do a little better with the blister panel installation. I was able to latch the bottom edge, right edge and left edge clips. The two top clips refuse to latch. The panel is flat up against the flange all the way around. I think I can live with it this way for now.
