I disconnected a capacitor no. C3 and I didn't have the right one so I left it alone for a while. Now I can't find one of the wire stubs that I left. Can someone tell me physically where it is attached to?

Thanks

This goes from the circuit common ground (or B-) to the chassis. The circuit common ground connects to lots of things, so we can't tell from the schematic exactly where it was connected. I would recommend connecting from the cathode of the 12BA6 (pin 5 of 12SK7) to the nearest convenient place to make a soldered chassis connection.

This radio is new enough that it is not likely to be super sensitive to the exact placement and wire routing of this capacitor. In older radios, that can be an issue, but I would not expect so here.

So connect it up and see how it works.

When I get my order of capacitors I will install it and report back. Thanks.
