You can repaint them and get new decals from RadioDaze.

I had to do that a few times on the shutter dials. A little tip I mite add, after I cleared over the new decal with semi gloss lacquer I dusted on some light golden oak spray can toner from mohawk, that gave it a little patina look. The decal can be tricky getting it lined up the way you want it without tearing it but yes I can be done.
