I have a Superior TV-11 that the roll chart needs to be copied. This one is the type that is 3 inches wide and several feet long.

Plenty of print places can scan a D size sheet, which is 24"x36".

It seems to me that the issue is maybe the type of paper to be used for the copy....

I don't think any Officemax has the equipment or know how to make a roll chart. They normally have only cut sheet printers with 20# cheap paper that won't roll the same. You'll need a printshop that has roll fed printers and a scanner. Next you need a file to print or an original good enough to go through a scanning machine, there is no flatbed big enough to do a roll chart. so it will have to be fed into a scanner, some can do banners, some don't. I would imagine a bid of $120-150 to make one, or higher depending on paper. There may be some specialty shops with weird equipment to make, price will be higher. My last company I worked for has 500 shops across the states and none of the 3 in Ohio could do this, they all focus on signs anymore, rigid stock and flatbed Oce's and HP's.
The print file will be the hard part to come up with either by scanning your old one or another better one, if yours is beat up it won't work in a scanning machine, they typically scan crazy fast since they do cut sheets, in GOOD CONDITION. thin and torn banner is not "good condition"

I'd look for a shop with Oce' TC4 or ScannerExpress, they scan slow and allow time to feed in, and do long lengths, these are engineering scanners for drawings, then print out on 12-16# vellum.

Sounds like this is a non doer. Guess I just need to be on the look out for someone that is selling a good roll chart. The tester isn't worth the investment to have the roll done.
Thanks all, Keith

Keith Print shops, and even FedEx/Kinko's, have continuous feed rolled paper copiers. The paper width minimum is typically 24 inches (but some times 36 inches) by several hundred feet. Your rolled chart would have to be removed, repaired to prevent binding in the copy machine, and then could be fed into one of these machines. Obviously, there would be lots of excess paper that would have to be cut and removed carefully (you would have to pay for all the paper rolled off even if it has no print)..
