An accuracy of 0.005% is what I'd call more than accurate enough for almost anyone on this forum, with the possible exception of those who actually use communication receivers for communications.

The Siglent has an external 10Mhz clock input that can be connected to an external source, such as a GPS disciplined oscillator, if higher accuracy/stability is needed.
