Hello,
I don't know anything about the "super channel analyser", but the Rider Chanalyst is a fairly well-known piece of equipment. Here is a page with some more info on it: http://oak.cats.ohiou.edu/~postr/bapix/Chanalyst.htm
------------------
Sean
If it ain't broke, take it apart and see how it works.

You probably have a Superior Channel-Analyzer. Has one of those schematics where "M" for ohms means 1000 ohms. Tubes are 6C5, 6K7, 6SQ7, and 76 on the schematic I have. Yours?
Bill J
------------------
The Superior is a simplified version of the Rider instrument. Also more cheaply made. I'd concentrate on getting the Rider going. But don't clean that front panel too vigorously, or you'll take the plating off. There shouldn't be any brass showing through.
------------------
