You may already know that Helper went out of business in 1999 when they were acquired by Zetron. Since Zetron did not continue making the product line I have wondered what the point was of buying Helper. Shortly after the acquisition I got parts and manuals from Zetron for Helper products, but that was 20 years ago and they may be clueless today. Zetron is still in business.

So far the Helper items that have come across my bench have only needed electrolytic capacitor replacement to return to functionality. They must have banged around in the hot interior of a service truck. I had a Sinadder in which all 16 electrolytics were completely dried up and showed off-the-scale ESR. Changed those and all was well.

You might also try running an ad on the Batlabs Batboard or Communications Support websites as this was a 1990's 2-way radio industry item and someone there might have a manual on file. Assuming Zetron can't help.
