I have a Raytheon BH rectifier tube I'd like to test in my Hickok 600A tube tester. I have an extensive listing of tubes and tester settings, but not this one. I presume it would be the same as some other rectifier tube. Does anyone know which one? Box says 125ma up to 300v.

The BH is a gaseous, cold cathode rectifier somewhat similar in concept to the 0Z4. I do not know if the Hickok 600 is capable of testing it because it requires about 350 volts (peak) to start it, and I am pretty sure that is beyond what the transformer in a Hickok can deliver.

They rarely go bad. Best way to test is in a working power supply. I have several if you need a new one.
