Welcome to the Phono Forum at ARF.
I believe your model is a 1958 3H25B.
I'm posting the circuit schematic for you, but you will need to verify the chassis number stamped on the tube amplifier chassis.
3H25B chassis # is HS-601 or HS-602.
Access to the amplifier is via a bottom wooden panel, rear panel, and the ventilation panel inside the top of the cabinet.
The amplifier must be serviced with at least new capacitors to safely function and avoid serious damage to the power transformer.
This MUST be done, no shortcuts about it.
The record changer is made by The Voice of Music, and will be a model 1201 or similar.
The changer and its motor should be cleaned thoroughly, and it may need a replacement idler wheel.
The old phono cartridge can be replaced with a new Pfanstiehl P-228 or similar stereo cartridge to enhance record playing.
When restored completely, this Motorola consolette will sound really nice.
All needed parts are available for the amp and changer.
Let us know your level of expertise in vintage tube hi-fi equipment repair, if you are doing the repairs.
Added the V-M 1201 file.

Wow Thank you for the fast reply. As soon as I get my workbench cleaned off I’ll take the wood panel off to verify that that’s the model it is. I’m a total amateur when it comes to this but I do have a friend who repairs tube radios and he says that this is not much different. Thanks Fred

Wow, nice Motorola! Wish I could find one of those for myself.
Jordan Pier on Youtube has an excellent series on servicing VM changers

Here is Ed's master class on servicing a V-M 1200 series record changer. Ed also posts tips on unique features and pitfalls of servicing a V-M 1200. viewtopic.php?f=9&t=186294&hilit=restoration+zenithIdler wheel, phono cartridge, motor mounts, et cetera from the voice of music dot com. Turbine oil (Supco Zoom Spout e.g.) is recommended for motor lubrication after cleaning. Hotwax

So, after reading about doing a thorough cleaning and checking some things out, I found out the motor was stuck on my tried, giving it a quick lube and was able to get the armature to rotate freely. The motor actually looks pretty new to me compared to the other components, so needless to say I got the turntable to spin and I was able to put a record on and play it but there’s some adjustment issue between the idler wheel and the platter when you’re turning the speed control. It’s very hard to get it to go to 33 rpm I got an LP to play it didn’t sound perfect but at least I know now it’s functioning so I take it apart and clean it and put it together correctly. It should work. I know the amp and speakers work, but I still gonna have to have the amp service to put the new capacitors on Thanks Fred

The basket that holds the motor and the shift mechanism needs to be throughly cleaned and relubricated.
To reiterate what Hotwax has stated, the amplifier MUST be rebuilt. If a certain set of parts goes out, it can cause a cascade failure, at the very least destroying the power transformer or at worst, starting a house fire. During the rebuild process, replace the resistors around the output tubes.
Contact Gary at thevoiceofmusic.com for a new cartridge and needle, and drive wheel for the changer.

Don't forget to replace the 3 rubber grommets that hold the motor to the speed changer mechanism---they are almost always bad, and will cause the motor to wobble. They are available at Voice of Music online

I just got done cleaning and re-lubing to drive motor. I did look at the motor mounts and they are I don’t want to say hard they’re very soft which I’m assuming they’re supposed to be . I cleaned a lubed the speed selected the motor was mounted to this. It moves very smooth now. The idler wheel is hard a shiny on the drive edge. I used some rubber rejuvenator on it. I will see how it looks tomorrow when I clean the res of the mechanism.

Rubber rejuvenator works but only for a while. You're going to have to replace the idler wheel sooner rather than later. But in the meantime, you can use it to see if there are other problems.

You're definitely going to have to replace that cartridge. I call them record chewers, very harmful to modern records or even stereo records from back in the day. I'd recommend a Pfanstiehl P228, which can also be had from the Voice of Music website.
Motor mounts; it's not whether they're hard or soft, it's all about the amount of play the motor has. The rubber gets "wallowed out" over time, and allows too much motor movement
