I just bought this and would love to get it playing again. It's missing parts from the tone arm and the turntable is missing. The motor needs cleaning and service but it runs quietly. Any ideas?

It looks like one of the lower end Columbia built machines that was sold under several brand names. Sears sold these under the "Oxford" brand a year or two before adopting the "Silvertone" brand for their phonographs. Looks to be circa 1915.
