Hi,
I am restoring an RCA Victor SHF-5 Hi Fi console that my father bought new in the late 1950’s.
It has an RCA record changer, RP-205-2 and the motor is a General Industries part # 936173-1 190.
I am in need of the spring pulley for motor shaft, RCA part number 76749.
This is item number 15 on Figure 11, page 16 of RCA Victor RP-205 Series Service Data manual.
Does any know where I could find/purchase this part?
Ian missing the original spring.

You will not find the spring pulley by itself anywhere.

Best bet is to search for another RP-205, and use it for parts.
Checking that it has a GI 190 motor and not an Alliance motor.

You would substitute the donor motor rotor for yours.
The rotor has the speed turret and spring pulley attached to it.

We have a Radio Classified section you can post a want-ad in.
