Nice. Is the veneer burl walnut? It will look great cleaned up! Does it have doors on the lower part as well?

Look at the RCA C15-3 at Radio Attic's Archives...it has doors on the bottom too! Rest of cabinet looks the same.

I am new to this, but i picked up a philco 18h in good shape. the wires are not looking very good but i would like to test and see if it works. what is the best way to do this? Also the wood on one side is delaminating a bit. The laminate is still all there. what is the best way to attach? is this worth anything not working? I enjoy the look of them. I found a 37-610 philco about two years ago at a garage sale that has no speaker. so i guess that makes me a collector now. thx, mitch
