I have 4 stereo consoles and the most I paid was $25. Not much demand for them as they take up too much room. Only the better models from the likes of Fisher and Magnavox fetch good money.

Hmm, don't know Larry. This unit has the middle channel, reverb, good amp. Bulky. If mine I would part it out before letting it go for $25. Tho I don't know a good value price or checked anywhere. Here's a SAMS link.

Oh I didn't say it wasn't a decent unit. I just pointed out that the value as a unit is minimal. Heck I was recently given this nice 40wpc 1966 Maggy for free because the owner couldn't find a buyer at any price. It resides in the tractor shop and plays beautifully. Personally I'd rather donate a console to someone who'll use it than part it out but that's just me.

I have it's near twin, a 1967 30wpc that cost me $20.

The things working against the Magnavox consoles mentioned is the early american cabinet style, and the lack of vacuum tubes. The Motorola will have at least a little more value just in the fact that is has a tube amp. If it has a modern style cabinet in good shape, add even more. That's not to say it's worth a fortune, but should at least surpass the $25 mark if everything is right.
