dose any one know of where i can locate the speaker grill for a Grigsby Grunow 130A or dose some on reproducer these

You can set a watch on eBay. This guy is currently offering one for a different cabinet variant of the 130:

Probably would spend close to that or more to have one reproduced anyway.

Close, but no cigar. The one listed on eBay has a higher arch on top, the one needed here is flatter on top.

you could make a temp replacement out of some 1/4" plywood, apply some walnut veneer, copy the pattern, buy borrow or steal a scroll saw and go to town. if an original ever comes your way, a simple matter to swap it into the cabinet

The piece(s) of the grill that you have are enough to recreate the original grill pattern in its entirety.
