I got this Merit 1352 transformer and although I look in a Merit old catalog I could not find any reference to this model 1352.
I have attached a photo.

Before I do a complete voltage check up, I'll appreciate if anybody can facilitate some info about this gadget.

Thanks

The transformers used by radio, TV, and other electronic equipment manufacturers were often custom built for that equipment by the major transformer manufacturers, and may bear the equipment manufacturer's part number and not a transformer manufacturer's part number.

I have three Merit catalogs from the '50s and '60s, and all the Merit part numbers that I have seen begin with one to three letters and a hyphen preceding the numerals, so this does not appear to be a Merit part number.

I would expect it's pre-WW2 with a number that low.

Merit shows plenty of power transformers with P-xxxx numbers in the 1951 catalog but the lowest number listed at that time was in the 2900's.
