I have a 600T that I have owned since I was 10 years old in 1973. My father bought it for me from a place on Durham, NC called Soundhous. They were having a "junque" sale and we got the 600T for $10.00. Also bought a Fisher TX200 amp for another $10.00. They even supplied us with factory service manuals. The 600T just needed a few minor things and it served me well for the next 20 years. The TX200 needed all the output transistors, and a couple of bias resistors. I still have them both.

Nice work! My Dad had it's little brother 220T that worked well for something like 35 years until "lost" in storage during a move.
Interesting that Fisher used Germanuim, Scott went right to silicon early on, my Scott 282 receiver circa 1968 uses them for it's output stage.
