I have a few pinch rollers that have stayed in the same place for years and they have divots in them. How do I fix these, I have tried getting them down to an even point but that will become too thin. how should I fill the divot with some kind of rubber?

You can either send them to thevoiceofmusic, com to have them rebuilt, or possibly remove the old rubber and replace it with an O ring.
