What's stopping you sending pics? It's pretty easy on this site.

Do you have a phone with a camera? A USB charging cable for it? Then you've got all you need.

Re the early power-up stages, google "Dim bulb tester". For a TV, you may need one of those bathroom heat lamps.
Automatic and foolproof protection against letting the smoke out! Reacts much faster than a fuse and you don't need to replace it.

Trace the wiring in the power supply area and draw a schematic of what you see.

Ok everyone, hereā€™s an update. I found out I got the wrong info on electrolytic polarity and I put them in all wrong. I corrected the power supply and I now can hear high voltage and audio works perfectly. All tubes are lit but still no raster.
