I'm restoring a Zenith console. While repairing the 20AT21Z chassis, I lost a spring that joins two ends of the tuner dial loop. I've been dragging a magnet around with no luck.
Does anyone know the general type of spring this is, or where I might find a replacement?
I know springs are sort of a universe in themselves.

I can't find a way to delete this post.
I'll just say that 45 seconds after posting, I found the spring on the floor of the workshop. Odd how that always seems to happen.
I should start posting before looking for things or trying to fix anything. Every project might magically resolve itself.

There are parameters for springs such as rate, max extended length, initial tension, etc that need to be considered.
